Due to our understanding in English Language, we will not like any kind of mistake or misunderstanding, so all communications must be via E-MAIL only to enable us translate all communications accordingly to the best of our knowledge. We will try our possible best to respond to all communications through our translating platforms.

So we plead with all participating companies and individuals to ensure that all communications to this office are done through E-MAIL only as phone calls will be difficult for our understanding.

All Tender Bidding Application Form (s) must be printed out and the company "MUST" filled and signed all required details by hand writing as the Laws of Republic of Kazakhstan requires on foreign contracts.

Any document (s) which is not properly filled and signed, such application will automatically be rejected.
